Our butchers debone, cut and trim your deer entirely by hand. No electric saws are used. This method provides the best quality product. Care is taken to remove all blood clots, excess fat and damaged meat.

All Cuts, Ground Burger & Specialty Products are vacuum sealed for long term freshness and individually labeled for easy identification. There is no need to worry about freezer burn.
